Class 2. Definition of collocation, idiom and phrasal verb

During this year we are going to study different collocations, idioms and phrasal verbs because they are quite important to learn the English language correctly.



But, what is a collocation, and idiom and a phrasal verb? Below you have three tutorials explaining what these terms mean. Don´t worry if you dont understand some examples, just focus your attention on the meaning of each concept. We will discuss doubts in class.
